Sam's is a wonderfully presented restaurant, serving up top quality food from top quality chefs. What more could you ask for? Sam himself spent much of his professional life cutting his trade under the tutelage of renowned fish maestro Rick Stein, so he knows a thing or two about food believe it or not. The menu stretches far, including Venison with chestnut puree that particularly grabbed our attention.
